Michele Avanzi

Graduating in law at the University of Bologna, Michele joined the GTA Law Firm in 2023.
Michele carried out law practice in Rovigo area and in October 2022 he obtained the professional qualification. Specifically, Michele has dealt with debt collection law, family law, negotiation of agreements, contracts as well as case analysis, research of articulated defensive strategies in criminal law, representation and defense in proceedings. In addition to the traditional areas of activity, since joining the Firm, Michele has also dealt with compliance matters.

He assists Sports Associations and Clubs in compliance matters – with particular reference to the implementation of Organisational and Control Models for sports activities pursuant to Art. 39 of Legislative Decree no. 39/2021
