Laura Sartarelli

Laura joined the GTA Law Firm in 2025. After completing her legal traineeship, she began working in the fields of Privacy, New Technologies, and Intellectual Property Law, providing extrajudicial assistance to businesses as a Consultant and DPO.

Specialized in data protection, she supports companies in risk management and the implementation of compliance strategies.

She has enhanced her expertise by attending numerous specialized courses in Data Protection and Intellectual Property, strengthening her knowledge in the analysis and application of national, european and international regulations.

Classical high school diploma at the “G. Leopardi” High School of Pordenone.

Degree in Law – University of Bologna.

“Master in Data Protection & Data Protection Designer” course at the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorization.

Advanced course in “Fashion Law: Legal Issues in the Fashion Supply Chain” at the University of Milan.

Qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Trieste (Admission to the Bar Association).
