Katia Pasinato collaborates with the GTA Law Firm since 2022.

From the beginning of her professional activity, she prefers the civil law sphere, in particular that connected to the private sector (protection of the person and assets).

She offers legal advice and assistance in matters of family law (separations, divorces, cohabitation, maintenance), protection of assets (inheritance divisions, leases, damages, credit recovery), support administrations.

Degree in Law at the University of Padua (2003).
Qualified to practice as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Venice (2006).
Registered in the Bar Association of the Court of Vicenza.
