Filippo Barbieri

Graduated in Law at the University of Trento following the discussion of a final dissertation on sponsorship and image rights in the world of sport and e-sports.
The collaboration with Studio Legale GTA started in 2022 by undertaking the legal traineeship, which ended on 14 May 2024 with the admission to the Bar.
Within the firm, he mainly works in civil, judicial and extrajudicial matters, as well as offering assistance and advice to companies in compliance matters.
Over the years, he has specialised in sports consultancy, successfully obtaining a Master’s degree in “Law and Sport” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, in which he delved in particular into the legal aspects inherent in the Italian Sports Reform.
In this sense, he assists Sports Associations and Clubs in compliance matters – with particular reference to the implementation of Organisational and Control Models for sports activities pursuant to Art. 39 of Legislative Decree no. 39/2021 – as well as individual athletes in disciplinary proceedings before the Sports Courts.

Graduating in Law at the University of Trento, he joined the GTA Law Firm in 2022 by undertaking a forensic practice.
He is focusing his studies on the study of sports law, with particular interest in the eSports sector.

Admitted to the Bar Association at the Court of Vicenza.
Qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Venice.
