Katia provides legal advice and assistance in the areas of estate planning (wills, gifts, trusts, life insurance policies), business succession (including through family agreements), preventive asset protection (family trust, restricted use of assets, gifts), inheritance disputes (contesting a will, restoration of rights for a disinherited heir, division of an estate), family law (separations, divorces), protection of cohabiting partners, and guardianship arrangements.
