GTA Law Firm offers legal assistance and advice to professional and non-professional sports clubs in the area of compliance.

In particular, the Firm deals with:

• Drafting, updating, and/or revising the Organizational and Control models for sports activities required by Legislative Decree No. 39/2021 (known as “Safeguarding Models”) and, for sports clubs already with a 231 Model, integrating it with Safeguarding regulations;
• Drafting, updating, and/or revising the Codes of Conduct required by Legislative Decree No. 39/2021;
• Acting, through its professionals, as the sports club’s Safeguarding Officer for combating abuse, violence, and discrimination;
• Organizing specific training sessions on Safeguarding for managers, instructors, coaches, members, and collaborators;
• Verify and support the sports organization in its mandatory obligations in the field of work safety pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 81/2008;
• Conduct audits on compliance with privacy regulations (EU Reg. 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and seq.) and support the sports organization in all related activities.

• Draftings and/or review of contracts and forms, including sports one;
• Assistance in affiliation and membership relations, with the drafting and/or review of the necessary documentation;
• Assistance in immigration procedures, including the drafting and/or review of the necessary documentation.
